Description

Short tour with visit of the cellar and tasting of 3 wines of the company. Lunch or dinner (subject to availability) at our restaurant "Passo dopo Passo", which is 7km far from the winery. The menu is composed of 5 courses carefully selected by chef Maurizio Bardotti, accompanied by two wines of Rocca Delle Macie.

Visit of the company during which you can learn more about the history and philosophy of the Zingarelli family.

Visit of the cellar where our most representative Chianti Classico wines are refined,where you can discover the secrets of the production process.Followed tasting at the counter of 3 wines from the different estates as the maximum expression of the terroir of belonging.

Our restaurant is located in the charming "Relais Riserva di Fizzano" placed on the top of a panoramic hill where there is a medieval village dating back to the eleventh century surrounded by the most valuable and spectacular vineyards of Rocca Delle Macie. Our medioeval borgo is the background of 22 apartments, a swimming pool, a restaurant, gardens,and a small chapel.The village and the surrounding area also give life to the Wildlife Natural Reserve of Rocca Delle Macie that becomes a symbol and Italian pole dedicated to the ancestral art of Falconry.

The Osteria also led by Giulia Zingarelli, daughter of Sergio Zingarelli, tells of an authentic, modern and refined cuisine in perfect harmony with the philosophy of Rocca Delle Macie.

The hospitality of the family is summed up between vineyards and landscapes through a perfect combination between of eno-gastronomy and territory.
