Guided tour of the vineyard "Le Prese" and the museum "Galleria Italo-Trinità", followed by a tour of our cellar with an explanation of the productive process. Exclusive tasting of the new Vermentino "Aja Bruciata" and 3 vintages of the prestigious Chianti Classico Gran Selezione Sergio Zingarelli  accompanied by a selection of local products with a taste of our extra virgin olive oil.

The visit starts from the vineyard "Le Prese" where you can admire the highest expression of Sangiovese, ancient and precious grape that takes root in the beating heart of the company giving rise to the prestigious Chianti Classico Gran Selezione Sergio Zingarelli DOCG.

Guided tour of the museum "Galleria Italo-Trinità" where cinema and wine are strictly connected together  through a magical synergy. The museum wants to remember the figure of Italo Zingarelli, the first owner of Rocca Delle Macie and a famous movie producer of iconic films such as "Lo Chiamavano Trinità" and "Continuavano a chiamarlo Trinità".

Followed visit to the most productive part of Rocca Delle Macie ending with the tasting of 4 wines in dedicated room accompanied by a selection of local products, enhancing even more the quality and territoriality of our wines from the different estates.

During the tasting you can have the possibility to discover the new Vermentino Superiore DOC Vigna L'Aja Bruciata, born from a meticulous project by Andrea Zingarelli, Sergio Zingarelli son.

The new Vermentino is the maximum expression "in white" of Rocca Delle Macie that aims to push the Vermentino to the limit of its potentiality by releasing elegant and unique flavours .The excellence of this wine is the result of the care taken in all the stages of production, starting from the harvest at night and ending with the evolution on the lees for 9 months with subsequent aging in bottle of at least 8 months.
