Maxime Blin

Fourth generation of a long line of winegrowers, Maxime Blin, a young winemaker in love with the land and wine, vinifies his Champagne in the family business, on an area of ​​12 hectares.
In the heart of the Saint-Thierry massif in the village of Trigny, 10 km from Reims, renowned for the production of red berried grapes, it cultivates the three vines for the production of Champagne: Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay, on vineyards they are on average twenty years old.
From pruning to harvesting, from pressing to the first fermentation, from disgorgement to labelling, each stage of Champagne production is carried out within the company with care and rigor.
