This cuvée is intimately linked to the history of the Maison, it is the synthesis of the Trigny terroir. A classic Blanc de Noir, suitable for all palates and for all occasions, ideal as an aperitif or during meals, combines lightness and freshness with a harmony of fruity aromas. Serve at a temperature of 8°/10°C.

Production technique
After pressing the must, fermentation and vinification follow in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature. The maturation on the yeasts lasts at least 36 months. Certified as organic winery from 2021.

A true representation of family savoir-faire, its intense yellow color and fine bubbles are the characteristics that fascinate at first impact. Carte Blanche offers rustic hints of apple and straw on the nose, a true revelation in the mouth: a fresh, rounded, light and harmonious wine is revealed.
