Production technique
After pressing the must, fermentation and vinification follow in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature. The maturation on the yeasts lasts at least 36 months. Certified as organic winery from 2021.
Organoleptic characteristics
Its delicate amber yellow color and foam collar "immediately hit the mark". The nose releases notes of dried fruit, with hints of quince, honey, hawthorn and lime. The aromas on the palate are powerful and follow one another with broad and full-bodied flavours, which reveal a very pleasant wine.
