Package of 6 bottles with:

  • 2 bottles of Chianti Classico Riserva 1995
1995 harvest report: late spring, summer with cool temperatures and frequent, regular rains. In the first days of September, the weather improved significantly, becoming very hot and dry, which allowed for high sugar levels and great concentration of the main components. Wines with excellent structure, rich in color and aroma.

  • 2 bottles of Chianti Classico Riserva 2005
2005 harvest report: the winter was characterized by rather cold temperatures and brought with it large water reserves, thanks in part to the light snowfall at the end of February. The low temperatures in the first days of spring initially delayed bud break, which then occurred regularly in April. The month of June was marked by high temperatures, which favored vine development with a well-balanced production of clusters per plant. July and August were relatively 'cool,' with some rainfall at regular intervals. This caused a slight delay in the ripening of the grapes. Significant temperature fluctuations during the night throughout September ensured the aromatic complexity of the grapes.

  • 2 bottles of Chianti Classico Riserva 2022
2022 harvest report: the season was marked by over 80 consecutive days with temperatures above 30°C, leading to drought and high evapotranspiration. Winter was mild with below-average rainfall, while spring saw cooler temperatures that delayed budbreak by about 15 days compared to 2021. Summer began with intense heat, requiring technical interventions to reduce water and heat stress on the vines, such as soil management and minimal topping.

From a health perspective, the vintage was favorable: the climate prevented the development of fungi and pests. The high temperatures accelerated phenological phases, leading to a harvest about 15 days earlier than usual. The harvest lasted 37 days in the Chianti Classico area, due to the careful selection of individual vineyard plots. Rainfall in August and September helped restore the plants' vegetative-productive balance, although the stress from July and August had an impact. This vintage resulted in a lower yield compared to recent years, but with wines of great body, structure, and intensity.
